          இன்று 24.06.2013-ல் நடைபெற்ற அஞ்சல் நான்கின் மாநில செயற்குழு கூட்டத்தில் அகில இந்திய அமைப்பு செயலாளர் தோழர் கோபு கோவிந்தராஜன் அவர்கள் மாநில செயலாளராக தேர்ந்தெடுக்கப்பட்டார்.

          அதே போன்று காலியாக இருந்த மாநில அமைப்பு செயலாளர் பதவிக்கு திருச்சி கோட்ட செயலாளர் தோழர் S.கோவிந்தராஜன் அவர்கள் ஏகமனதாக தேர்ந்தெடுக்கப்பட்டார்.

TN AIPEU GDS NFPE FIRST CIRCLE COUNCIL MEETING HELD ON 17.10.2013

தமிழக AIPEU GDS NFPE  சங்கத்தின் முதல் மாநில கவுன்சில் கூட்டம் கடந்த 17.10.2013 அன்று சென்னை எழும்பூர் SRMU  சங்கக் கட்டிடத்தின்  நக்கீரன் அரங்கத்தில் வெகு சிறப்பாக நடைபெற்றது . அதன் மாநிலத் தலைவர் தோழர் R . ராமராஜ் அவர்கள் தலைமை வகிக்க , சென்னை வட கோட்டத்தைச் சேர்ந்த தோழர். லீலாராமன் (செயலர்)  வரவேற்புரை யாற்ற  , NFPE  சம்மேளனத்தின் உதவி மாபொதுச்  செயலர் தோழர். S . ரகுபதி அவர்கள் மிகச் சிறப்பானதொரு துவக்கவுரை நிகழ்த்தினார்.

தொடர்ந்து  கூட்டத்தின் நோக்கம் , மாநிலச் சங்கத்தின்  செயல்பாடுகள், மத்திய சங்க நிகழ்வுகள் ,  நம்முன்னே உள்ள கடமைகள் , எதிர்வரும் பாராளுமன்றம் நோக்கிய  பேரணி உள்ளிட்ட தகவல்களுடன் ஒரு நீண்ட எழுச்சி யுரையினை  அதன் மாநிலச் செயலர் தோழர். R . தனராஜ் அவர்கள் வழங்கினார்கள் .

அஞ்சல் மூன்று மாநிலத்  தலைவர் தோழர். J . ஸ்ரீ வெங்கடேஷ், மாநிலச் செயலர் தோழர். J .R ., மாநில நிதிச் செயலரும் அகில இந்திய உதவிப் பொதுச் செயலருமான தோழர் A . வீரமணி,  அஞ்சல் மூன்று அகில இந்திய செயல் தலைவர் தோழர்  N .G . , அஞ்சல் நான்கு மாநிலச் செயலர் தோழர். V . ராஜேந்திரன் ஆகியோர் கலந்துகொண்டு வழிகாட்டு நெறிமுறைகளை வழங்கினர். 

இது தவிர அஞ்சல் மூன்று அம்பத்தூர் கிளையின் முன்னாள் தலைவர்கள், தோழர்  நரசிம்மலு, தோழர் முருகன், திண்டுக்கல் தோழர்.  மருதை ஆகி யோரும் கலந்து கொண்டனர் . 

கூட்டத்தின் தீர்மானங்களில்  முக்கியமாக ,  ஒவ்வொரு கோட்டத்தில் இருந்தும்   GDS  தோழர்கள் 15 பேருக்கு குறையாமலும் , இதர அஞ்சல் மூன்று, அஞ்சல் நான்கு R 3, R 4 உள்ளிட்ட சங்கங்களின் மாநிலச் சங்க நிர்வாகிகள் , கோட்ட கிளைச் செயலர்கள் அனைவரும் முழு வீச்சில்  எதிர்வரும் பாராளுமன்றம் நோக்கிய பேரணிக்கு  ஊழியர்களை திரட்டிட  வேண்டுகோள் விடுப்பது என்றும் தீர்மானிக்கப் பட்டது .

இத்தகைய கூட்டத்தை சிறப்பாக ஏற்பாடு செய்த சென்னை வடகோட் டத்தைச் சேர்ந்த P 3/GDS  சங்க நிர்வாகிகளுக்கு மாநிலச் சங்கத்தின் நன்றி முழுவதுமாக உரித்தாக்கப் பட்டது .

குறிப்பு :-

1. நமது  அஞ்சல் மூன்று சங்கத்தின் மாநிலச் சங்க நிர்வாகிகள் அனைவரும் இந்த பாராளுமன்றம் நோக்கிய பேரணியில்  விடுதல் இன்று  கண்டிப்பாக கலந்து கொண்டிட வேண்டும். 

2.  மேலும் அனைத்து அஞ்சல் மூன்று  கோட்ட/ கிளைச் செயலர்களும் கண்டிப்பாக கலந்து கொள்ள வேண்டுகிறோம். இதர முன்னணித் தோழர்களையும்  GDS  தோழர் களையும்  ஒன்றிணைத்து , உடனடியாக இரயில்  டிக்கெட்  முன்பதிவு செய்திட வேண்டுகிறோம். இறுதியில் செய்தால் நிச்சயம்  டிக்கெட் CONFIRM  ஆகாது என்பதை உங்களுக்கு நினைவு படுத்துகிறோம்.

7th Pay Commission

7th CENTRAL PAY COMMISSIONANNOUNCED BY THE GOVERNMENT Central Government today announced the constitution of the 7th CPC. Confederation of Central Government Employees and workers alongwith NFPE has been demanding appointment of 7th CPC right from 2011 onwards. We have conducted continuous agitational programmes including Parliament March and also one day nationwide strike on 12th December 2012. After 12th December Strike we have decided to go for indefinite strike and strike ballot is also announced. We congratulate the entire Central Government employees who rallied behind Confederation. Confederation is the only organization which has conducted serious agitation demanding constitution of 7th CPC. Government has not yet announced the Chairman, Committee members etc of the 7th CPC and also terms of reference. Further our demand for merger of DA, giving effect from 01.01.2011, inclusion of three lakhs Gramin Dak Sevaks under the purview of 7th CPC, granting DA merger to GDS and settlement of other demands in the 15 points Charter of Demands are also pending. Before announcing the terms of reference of 7th CPC. If Government is not ready to accept our above demands, Confederation National Executive will meet shortly and shall decide for further course of action.

 "It has been clarified that the Centre is at present not considering any move to increase the retirement age of the employees from the existing 60.

A senior official in the Ministry of Personnel, Public Grievances and Pensions, which acts as nodal department for personnel matters, said there was no such proposal to increase the age for superannuation of government employees."

A joint meeting of the leaders of Railway (AIRF), Defence (AIDEF) and Confederation of Central Government Employees & workers will be held at New Delhi on 29^th June 2013 for deciding future course of joint action. The meeting earlier scheduled to be held on 15^th June 2013 is postponed to 29^th June 2013.

GRATUITY PAY UNDER NEW PENSION SYSTEM

Death-cum-Retirement Gratuity is paid to Central Government employees under New Pension System (NPS) as it is paid under the old pension scheme. The monthly annuity under the New Pension System (NPS) is only a replacement of pension on retirement and family pension of death after retirement. The benefits of Death cum Retirement Gratuity (DCRG) and pension/family pension have been provisionally allowed,  vide the Office Memorandum of Department of Pension and Pensioners’ Welfare No. 38/41/06-P & PW(A) dated 5.5.2009 in respect of Central Government servants covered under NPS in cases where a Government Servant is retired on invalidation/disability and in the case of death of a Government servant in service on the same rates as are applicable under the old pension scheme Central Civil Service (Pension) Rules, 1972. The retirement gratuity is payable to the retiring Government servant. A minimum of 5 years’ qualifying service and eligibility to receive service gratuity/pension is essential to get this one time lump sum benefit. Retirement gratuity is calculated @ 1/4th of a month’s Basic Pay plus Dearness Allowance drawn before retirement for each completed six monthly period of qualifying service. The maximum retirement gratuity payable is 16½ times the Basic Pay, subject to a maximum of Rs. 10 lakh. If the Government Servant dies while in service, the death gratuity shall be paid to his family at rates furnished in the table below: Sl. No. Length of Qualifying Service Rate of Death Gratuity 1.
