DA HIKE
Union Cabinet approved the proposal to increase dearness allowance (DA) to 80 per cent, from existing 72 per cent, benefiting about 50 lakh employees and 30 lakh pensioners of the central government.
The hike would be effective from January 1, 2013 and the employees and pensioners will be entitled to arrears.

01.01.2013 முதல் வழங்கப் பட வேண்டிய 8% பஞ்சப்படி இதுவரை
வழங்கப் படவில்லை .எப்போதும் போல இது மார்ச் இறுதியில்
உத்திரவிடப்பட்டு ஏப்ரல் முதல் தேதியில் நிலுவையுடன்
உயர்த்தி வழங்கப் பட்டிருக்க வேண்டும் .

என்று மாற்றி மாற்றி காரணங்கள் கூறப்பட்டு இன்று வரை
காபினெட் ஒப்புதல் அளிக்கப் படாததால் நமக்கு சட்டப் படி
வழங்கப் பட வேண்டிய DA கால தாமதப் படுத்தப் படுகிறது.
இதனை எதிர்த்து மத்திய அரசு ஊழியர் மகா சம்மேளனம் எதிர்வரும்
23.04.2103 அன்று அவரவர் பணியிடங்களில் கண்டன ஆர்ப்பாட்டம்
நடத்திட வேண்டுகோள் விடுத்துள்ளது. இதன் படி நமது NFPE
சம்மேளனமும் இதற்கான வேண்டுகோளை அளித்துள்ளது.
ஆகவே தமிழகத்தின் அனைத்து கோட்ட / கிளைகளிலும் எதிர்வரும்
23.04.2013 அன்று ஆர்ப்பாட்டம் நடத்தி , பிரதம அமைச்சருக்கு
கடிதத் தந்திஅனுப்பிட வேண்டுகிறோம்.

அண்ணா சாலை தலைமை அஞ்சலக வாயிலில் நடத்தப் பட
முடிவு எடுக்கப் பட்டுள்ளது.
இந்த ஆர்ப்பாட்டத்தில் NFPE சார்பிலும் CONFEDERATION சார்பிலும்
மத்திய அரசு ஊழியர் மகா சம்மேளனத்தின் செயல் தலைவர்
தோழர் K .R அவர்களும் FNPO சார்பில் அதன் மாபொதுச் செயலர்
தோழர். தியாகராஜன் அவர்களும் கலந்து கொண்டு போராட்ட
உரை அளித்திட உள்ளார்கள்.
எனவே சென்னை மாநகரத்தின் அனைத்து கோட்ட/ கிளைகளில்
இருந்தும் JCA வில் உள்ள NFPE /FNPO அனைத்து சங்கங்களின்
கோட்ட/ கிளை நிர்வாகிகள் மற்றும் உறுப்பினர்கள்
பெருந்திரளாக இந்த கண்டன ஆர்ப்பாட்டத்தில்
கலந்து கொண்டு சிறப்பு செய்திட வேண்டுகிறோம்.

அவற்றை POST செய்திட இயலவில்லை . எனவே நம்முடைய
கோட்ட/ கிளைச் செயலர்கள் சென்னை அண்ணா சாலை
கிளையில் உள்ள நமது அஞ்சல் மூன்றின் மகிளா கமிட்டி
கன்வீனர் தோழர். மணிமேகலை அவர்களிடம் தங்கள்
கிளைகளுக்கான POSTER -ஐ பெற்றுக் கொள்ளுமாறு அன்புடன்
வேண்டுகிறோம்.

DELAY IN GRANT OF DA - HOLD PROTEST DEMONSTRATION ON 23RD APRIL 2013
Since the implementation of the recommendations of the 4th central pay commission
in 1986, the Dearness Allowance (DA) is paid in two six-monthly installments – in March
and September of every year. The practice followed since then is that the order granting DA
to government employees is issued in March and September itself.
This time the practice in force since 1986 is violated. Our enquiries with concerned
Ministries informed us that the file is already moved for Cabinet approval. But it is nearly
a month now. The cabinet has found no time to take a decision on this.
This naturally is quiet disturbing, especially in the time of galloping price line.
The employees have, in the past, fought bitterly for grant of DA and the 3rd CPC gave
a definite formula for DA in the aftermath of the one day strike on 19th September 1968.
We cannot allow the hard won DA to be tampered with.
Confederation has written to Prime Minister conveying the disquiet amongst
the amongst the employees over the inordinate delay in the grant of additional installment
of DA due from 1st January 2013 and urging the Prime Minister to take immediate steps
to assuage the feelings of the employees. Copy of the letter is given along with this Circular.
The Secretariat of Confederation therefore calls upon every affiliate as well as
State Committee of Confederation to organise lunch hour demonstration in the work place
on 23rd April 2013, Tuesday and send the following telegram to the Prime Minister of India.

IN GRANT OF DA, URGE TO EXPEDITE ISSUANCE OF ORDERS.
Each affiliate and State Committee of Confederation may send a detailed report
on implementation of the programme in their organisation/state to the Confederation CHQ.

| I. | Aptitude Test (Paper I) for Andhra Pradesh, Gujarat, Karnataka, Maharashtra and Tamil Nadu circles is scheduled on 21 April 2013. Admit cards are being dispatched to all eligible candidates. In case you do not receive the Admit Card by 11-April 2013, then you can download the same online from www.indiapost.gov.in using Direct Recruitment PA/SA Examination link from 12_April-2013 onwards. You can also report discrepancy in Admit Card data from 12-April-2013 using the link GENERATE ADMIT CARD on the same web site. |
| II. | Some applicants have been issued Admit card without PHOTOGRAPH. All such applicants may visit the websitewww.indiapost.gov.in to reconfirm their eligibility. On scrutiny it was found that photograph in case of some applicants was not pasted on the application form. Please note that the candidature for all such applicants is cancelled and they will not be allowed to appear in Aptitude Test (Paper I). |
