Hold demonstrations on 30.12.2015 in front of all offices and Submit copy of the Charter of Demands to Head of offices for onward transmission to Cabinet Secretary.

Conduct three days Dharna at all state capitals and Industrial Centres/Establishments on 19^th, 20^th & 21^st January 2016.

NJCA will meet on 8^th February 2016 to decide the date of commencement of indefinite strike.

மாநில  தலைமையகத்து செய்திகள் 

1. எதிர்வரும் 11.12.2015 அன்று  நமது சம்மேளனத்தால் அறிவிக்கப் பட்டிருந்த நாடு தழுவிய  உண்ணாவிரதப் போராட்டம்  ,  தமிழகத்தின் பல பகுதிகளில்  ஏற்பட்ட வெள்ளம் மற்றும் கடும் மழை காரணமாக தற்போது தமிழகத்தில் மட்டும் ஒத்திவைக்கப் படுவதாக  தமிழக NFPE  இணைப்புக் குழு முடிவெடுத்து அறிவித்துள்ளது. வேறு தேதி குறித்து  NFPE  COC  கூடி முடிவெடுத்து விரைவில் அறிவிக்கும் .

2. தமிழகத்தின்  வெள்ளம் பாதித்த மாவட்டங்களில்  வெள்ளம்  பாதித்த நாட்களில் (டிசம்பர் 2, 3, 4 மற்றும் 5) பணிக்கு வந்து  அலுவலக உடமைகளை காத்திட்ட  ஊழியர்களின்  கடமை உணர்வை பாராட்டி அவர்களுக்கு  அன்றைய  நாட்களுக்கு  பதிலாக  COMPENSATORY  OFF வழங்கிட நமது CHIEF  PMG அவர்கள் உத்திரவிட்டுள்ளார். உத்திரவின் நகல்  இதே  வலைத்தளத்தில்  10 செய்திகளுக்கு  கீழே  SCROLL  செய்து  பார்க்கவும்.  பார்த்தவர்கள் இதர  உறுப்பினர்களிடம்  தெரிவிக்கவும்.

3. ஏற்கனவே கடந்த 3.12.2015 அன்று  அளித்த  EMAIL இன்  தொடர்ச்சியாக , வெள்ளம் பாதித்த மாவட்டங்களில்  வெள்ளம்  பாதித்த நாட்களில் பணிக்கு வர இயலாதவர்களுக்கு  SPECIAL  CL  வழங்கிட CPMG  அவர்கள் இன்று நடைபெற்ற ஆலோசனைக் கூட்டத்தில் முடிவெடுத்து உத்திரவு வெளியிட பணித்துள்ளார். அந்த  உத்திரவு நாளை  கிடைக்கப் பெறலாம். 

4. தமிழகத்தின் வெள்ளம்   பாதித்த  மாவட்டங்களில் பணியாற்றும்  இலாக்கா  மற்றும்  GDS  ஊழியர்களுக்கு  வெள்ள  முன்பணம் வழங்கிடக் கோரி  நாம் கடிதம் அளித்திருந்தோம். இது போலவே  கடந்த 08.12.2015 அன்று நம்முடைய  SECRETARY  GENERAL  மூலம்  இலாக்கா முதல்வருக்கு ஒரு கோரிக்கை  கடிதம்  தமிழக அஞ்சல் மூன்று சார்பில் அளிக்கக் கோரியிருந்தோம். இதன்படி  கடிதம் அளித்து  கோரிக்கை எழுப்பப்பட்டது. தற்போது  நம்  இலாக்கா முதல்வர் அவர்கள்  வெள்ள  முன் பணம் மற்றும் WELFARE  FUND   மூலம்   உதவிகள் அளித்திட  இன்று (09.12.2015) உத்திரவிட்டுள்ளதாக  தகவல்  கிடைத்துள்ளது.

5. கடந்த  08.12.2015 அன்று  ஊதியக் குழு   அறிக்கை  மீது  மாற்றம் வேண்டி நம்முடைய  NFPE  மற்றும்  FNPO  சம்மேளன  மாபொதுச்  செயலர்கள் இலாக்கா  முதல்வருடன் விவாதித்து  கோரிக்கை  மனு  அளித்துள்ளனர். மனுவின் நகலை   கீழே  6 ஆவது செய்தியில் SCROLL   செய்து   பார்க்கவும்.

6. கோவை   மண்டல  RPLI  கெடுபிடிகள் குறித்தும்  ஊழியர்கள்  மண்டல அலுவலகத்துக்கு தேவையில்லாமல்  REVIEW  MEETING  என்ற பெயரில் வரவழைக்கபடுவது குறித்தும்  PMG WR  அவர்களுக்கு  மாநிலச் சங்கம் கடிதம்  மூலம்  புகார் அளித்துள்ளது.   கீழே  9 ஆவது செய்தியாக  அது வெளியிடப் பட்டுள்ளது.  SCROLL   செய்து பார்க்கவும்.

7. ஈரோடு SR . POSTMASTER  திருவாளர். A . சுந்தரராஜன்  அவர்களின் அடாவடி நடவடிக்கைகள் குறித்து  விரிவான  புகார் மனு  CHIEF  PMG அவர்களுக்கு  மாநிலச் சங்கத்தால்  அளிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது. கடித நகல் மற்றும்  கண்டன  ஆர்ப்பாட்ட புகைப்படம் கீழே  8 ஆவது செய்தியாக  வெளியிடப் பட்டுள்ளது . SCROLL  செய்து  பார்க்கவும்.  

8. மதுரை மண்டலத்தில்  LSG  பதவி உயர்வு பெற்ற ஊழியர்களுக்கு , அந்தந்த கோட்டங்களில்  காலியிடங்கள் இருந்தும் , வெளி யில் உள்ள கோட்டங்களுக்கு  POSTING  அளித்து உத்திரவிடப்பட்டுள்ளது. இது குறித்து  CPMG  அவர்களுக்கு மாநிலச் சங்கம் அளித்த  புகார் கடிதம் கீழே  7 ஆவது செய்தியாக வெளியி டப்பட்டுள்ளது.   SCROLL  செய்து பார்க்கவும்.

9. 2011 முதல்   பதவி உயர்வு பெற்ற / இறந்து போன /  பணி  ஒய்வு  பெற்ற GDS  ஊழியர்களுக்கு  SDBS  காரணமாக  இதுவரை  வழங்கப் படாமல் நிலுவையில் இருந்த  SEVERANCE  AMOUNT வழங்கிட மாநிலச் சங்கத்தின் மூலம்   நடவடிக்கை எடுக்கப் பட்டுள்ளது.  இது  குறித்த  விபரம்  கீழே  10 ஆவது செய்தியாக வெளியிடப் பட்டுள்ளது. SCROLL  செய்து  பார்க்கவும்.

INDEFINTE STRIKE FROM 1^ST WEEK OF MARCH 2016

Meeting of the National Joint Council of Action (Railways, Defence and Confederation) was held on 08.12.2015 at JCM National Council Staff Side office, New Delhi. Detailed deliberations on 7^th CPC related issues (including Gramin Dak Sewaks and Casual, Contract and daily-rated workers) was held and a Common charter of demands was finalized. It is further decided that the NJCA shall go on indefinite strike from the 1^st week of March 2016, if the Government fails to reach a negotiated settlement with the staff side before 1^st week of February 2016. A letter intimating this decision will be given to the Government shortly along with the common charter of demands. Letter to Government and charter of demands will be published in the website within two days.

The Shocking fact of Pay hike recommended by 7th Pay Commission

The Pay hike recommended by 7th Pay Commssion has been discribed as Bonanza by Media

• Pay commission said 14.29 % Hike in Pay is recommended, Media said central government employees will get 23.55% hike in salary including allowances.
• we will find out the real fact about the so called Bonanza..!
• whether the Media claims are true or not through a simple calculation…!

The strength of Group C employees in Central Government is 85%. So we must know what the Pay Hike is recommended for them actually.

But Media give more attention to this 15 % because they have been paid more

It doesnt make sense that the Pay hike recommended for remaining 15 % taken into account. Because they are creamy layer of the Government. The Pay Hike for them also will be decided by them. So the take extar care for not giving more to this 85%.

7th CPC recommendation on Pay Hike is mocking rather than encouraging the Central government employees. See the following example

Assume a govt servant has been appointed in GP 1800 on 1st August of 2015 and he has been provided accomadation in Govt Quarters

His Net Pay for the month of January 2016 in Sixth CPC is given below..

Basic Pay Pay = PB Rs.5200 + GP Rs.1800 = Rs.7000/-

Assuming DA 125% as on 31-1-2016 = Rs.8750/

( Since he hs availed Quarter) HRA = Nil

TA = 600 + DA = Rs.1350

Total Gross Pay = Rs. 17100

Deductions

NPS 10% of basic Pay = 700

CGEGIS = 30

Total deductions (700+30) = 730

Net Pay = 17100-730 = 16370

His Revised 7th CPC Pay as on 31-1-2016

Minimum Basic Pay = Rs. 18000/-

DA = Nil

HRA = Nil

TA = Rs. 1350

Total gross pay = Rs.19350

Deductions

NPS = 1800

CGEGIS = 1500

Total deductions = 3300

Net Pay -= 19350-3300 = 16050

Before 7th Pay Commission his Net pay = Rs. 16370
After 7th Pay commission his Net Pay = Rs. 16050

He will be drawing Rs.320 lesser in 7th Pay Commission revised Pay than from his Sixth CPC pay

Anybody acn calculate from the above example that how much percentage of increase this Goup ‘C’ Government servants get from this 7th CPC bonanza ?

ஏழாவது ஊதியக் குழுவின் பரிந்துரைகளின்  மீதான   உத்திரவுகளை  பிறப்பிப்பதற்கு முன்னர்  துறை வாரியாக மற்றும்  அங்கீகரிக்கப் பட்ட தொழிற் சங்கங்களுடன்  கலந்து பேசி  முடிவுகள் எடுக்க   SECRETARY LEVEL EMPOWERED COMMITTEE அமைக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது.  பரிந்துரைகளின் மீது எழுப்பப்படும் பிரச்சினைகளை பரிசீலனை செய்து  அதன் மீது  முடிவுகளை எடுத்திட மூன்று வார காலம் அவகாசம்  அளிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது. 

இது  குறித்து மத்திய அரசு ஊழியர்  மகா சம்மேளனம் ஏற்கனவே  அறிவிப்பு வெளியிட்டுள்ளது.  இது  ஏற்கனவே நம் தமிழ் மாநில அஞ்சல் மூன்று வலைத்தளத்தில் பிரசுரிக்கப் பட்டுள்ளது. அதன் முக்கிய  பகுதி கீழே  காணலாம் . 

பொதுக் கோரிக்கைகள் மீது, ஊதியக் குழுவின்  பரிந்துரைகளில் எவ்வாறு மாற்றம் வேண்டும் என்பதை ஊழியர்கள்  அனைவரும்  எதிர்  வரும் 5.12.2015 க்குள் மகா சம்மேளனத்தின்  மாபொதுச்  செயலர் தோழர். M . கிருஷ்ணன் அவர்களுக்கு ஈமெயில்  மூலம் கீழ்க் காணும்  முகவரியில் தெரிவிக்கலாம் .
