RURAL ICT PILOT  PROJECT  ஆக  பீகார், உ. பி. யில் அறிமுகப் படுத்தப் படுகிறது. கிராமப்புறங்களில் HAND  HELD  DEVICE  மூலம் செய்திடும் எல்லா பரிவர்த்தனைகளும் உடன் CENTRAL SERVER ஐ  அடைந்துவிடுமாம். இது  நல்ல திட்டம்தான் . ஆனால் செயல்பாட்டில்தான்  கோளாறு  உள்ளது. இலாக்கா அஞ்சலகங்களில் CBS  அறிமுகப் படுத்தி இரண்டு ஆண்டுகளுக்கு மேல் ஆகியும் கூட  சரி செய்திட இயலாத, PENALTY CLAUSE  இருந்தும் ஏன் என்று கேட்கக்கூட திராணி இல்லாமல்   INFOSYS , SIFY  நிறுவனங்களிடம்  அடிமைப்பட்டுக் கிடக்கும்  நிர்வாகம் , 1,30,000 கிராமப்புற  கிளை  அஞ்சலகங்களில் என்ன கூத்து நடத்தப் போகிறதோ தெரியவில்லை. அதற்குள் எத்தனை  உயிர்  பலியாகப் போகிறதோ தெரியவில்லை. 

3 DAYS DHARNA

Conduct three days Dharna at all state capitals and Industrial Centres/Establishments on 19^th, 20^th & 21^st January 2016.

NJCA head quarters decided to hold three days Mass Dharna at Jantar Mantar, New Delhi. Dharna shall commence at 10:30 AM and continue for full day on all three days.

There will be a huge rally of about 5000 Central Government employees (Railway, Defence, Confederation) at Jantar Mantar on 19^th January during lunch hour. NJCA leaders will address the dharna and rally.

NJCA will meet on 8^th February 2016 to decide the date of commencement of indefinite strike.

நம்முடைய  அஞ்சல் மூன்று,   அஞ்சல்  நான்கு, RMS  மூன்று, RMS  நான்கு, கணக்குப் பிரிவு, நிர்வாகப் பிரிவு, SBCO சங்கம்  உள்ளிட்ட  உறுப்புச் சங்கங்களின் நிர்வாகிகள், மாநிலச் சங்கங்களின் நிர்வாகிகள், கோட்ட/கிளைச் செயலர்கள் அனைவரும்  தங்கள் பகுதி  ஊழியர்களை ஒன்று திரட்டி, முழு நேர விடுப்பெடுத்து மிகப்பெரும் எண்ணிக்கையில் கலந்துகொண்டு நம்முடைய ஒற்றுமையின்  வலிமையை அரசுக்கு  தெரிவிக்க வேண்டுகிறோம். ஒவ்வொரு மண்டலங்களில் இருந்தும்  கண்டிப்பாக  விடுப்பெடுத்து போராட்டத்தில் கலந்துகொள்ள வேண்டுகிறோம்.

மாநிலச் சங்க நிர்வாகிகள் மற்றும் மண்டலச் செயலர்கள் அந்தந்த பகுதியில் உள்ள கோட்ட/ கிளைச் செயலர்களை நேரிடையாக தொடர்பு கொண்டு செயலாற்றிட வேண்டு கிறோம்.

நடைபெற்ற நான்கு மாதங்களுக்கு ஒரு முறையிலான  மாநில நிர்வாகத்துடனான பேட்டியின் பதிவு செய்யப்பட்ட நடவடிக்கை குறிப்பு (MINUTES ) கீழே அளிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது. 

இதில்  சுட்டிக் காட்டப்பட்டுள்ள  மூன்றாவது பிரச்சினையில் , பல  கோட்ட கண்காணிப்பாளர்கள் தங்கள் அலுவலகங்களில்  நீண்டகாலமாக  பல உள் காரணங்களுக்காக (?) சில  ஊழியர்களை நீண்டகாலம் தங்கள் அலுவலகத்தி லேயே  இருத்தி வைத்துள்ளனர். ஆனால் அவர்கள் BRANCH மாற்றப்பட்டுள்ளதாகவும்,  அல்லது இடையில்  வெளியே  போய் (பொய்) வந்ததாகவும் பல காரணங்களை   தெரிவித்து , அந்த நபர்கள்  TENURE முடிக்காதது போல பதில் அனுப்பியுள்ளனர். இதில் பல கோட்டக் கண்காணிபாளர்கள் மேல்   லஞ்ச  ஊழல் புகாரும்   எழுந்துள்ளது. இது குறித்து மத்திய  புலனாய்வுத்  துறைக்கு  உரிய  புகார்  நம்  அகில இந்திய சங்கத்தின் மூலம் புது டெல்லியில் நேரிடையாக  கொடுக்க உள்ளோம்.

ஆக PMG  மற்றும் CHIEF  PMG க்களுக்கான TENURE நீட்டிப்பு ( 5 மற்றும்  6 ஆண்டுகள் )  அதிகாரத்தையும் அவர்களே தங்கள் கையில்  எடுத்துக் கொண்டு செயல்பட்டுள்ளனர்; ஊழல்  புரிந்துள்ளனர் என்பது வெளிப்படையாக தெரிகிறது. நமக்கு  எந்த  தனிப்பட்ட ஊழியர் மீதும் காழ்ப்புணர்ச்சி கிடையாது. 

நாம் பொதுவாக  தமிழகத்தில் உள்ள எல்லா கோட்டங்களிலும்  விதி மீறி நீண்டகாலம்  ஒரே இடத்தில்  உள்ள ஊழியர் குறித்துதான் புகார் செய்துள்ளோம். இதில்  சங்கப் பாகுபாடு  இல்லை. 

இதில்  CPMG  அவர்களின் பதிலை நன்கு  பார்க்கவும்.  அதனடிப்படையில் உங்கள் கோட்டங்களில் விதி மீறி OVER  TENURE  அல்லது  SENSITIVE  POST இல் அதிக காலம் உள்ள ஊழியரின்  பெயரை , அவர்   பணியாற்றிய  கால அளவை சரியாக குறிப்பிட்டு மாநிலச் சங்க  ஈமெயில்  முகவரிக்கு  உடன் அனுப்பிட வேண்டுகிறோம். 

உரிய  ஆவணங்கள் இருந்தால் அவற்றினையும் SCAN செய்து அனுப்பிட வேண்டுகிறோம். குறிப்பாக தருமபுரி, சேலம் மேற்கு, தாம்பரம், வட சென்னை, தென் சென்னை, மத்திய சென்னை,  அரக்கோணம், தூத்துக்குடி  கரூர்  கோட்டச் செயலர்கள் உடன் செயல்பட வேண்டுகிறோம். உங்கள் பதிலை உடன் எதிர்பார்க்கிறோம். நன்றி. கோட்டச் செயலர்கள் உடன் செயல்பட வேண்டுகிறோம். உங்கள் பதிலை உடன் எதிர்பார்க்கிறோம். நன்றி.

THE PAYMENT OF BONUS (AMENDMENT) ACT, 2015

NO. 6 OF 2016

[31st December, 2015.]

An Act further to amend the Payment of Bonus Act, 1965.

BE it enacted by Parliament in the Sixty-sixth Year of the Republic of India as follows:—

1. (1) This Act may be called the Payment of Bonus (Amendment) Act, 2015.

(2) It shall be deemed to have come into force on the 1st day of April, 2014.

2. In section 2 of the Payment of Bonus Act, 1965 (hereinafter referred to as the principal Act), in clause (13), for the words ‘‘ten thousand rupees’’, the words ‘‘twenty-one thousand rupees’’ shall be substituted.

3. In section 12 of the principal Act,—

(i) for the words ‘‘three thousand and five hundred rupees’’ at both the places where they occur, the words ‘‘seven thousand rupees or the minimum wage for the scheduled employment, as fixed by the appropriate Government, whichever is higher’’ shall respectively be substituted;

(ii) the following Explanation shall be inserted at the end, namely:—

‘Explanation.—For the purposes of this section, the expression ‘‘scheduled employment’’ shall have the same meaning as assigned to it in clause (g) of section 2 of the Minimum Wages Act, 1948.’.

4. In section 38 of the principal Act, for sub-section (1), the following sub-section shall be substituted, namely:—

‘‘(1) The Central Government may, subject to the condition of previous publication, by notification in the Official Gazette, make rules to carry out the provisions of this Act.’’.

103rd ISC held at University of Mysore from 03 to 07 Jan 16. Inaugurated today at 1030 hrs by PM Shri.Narendra Modi.

India Post had a stall hosted by CEPT, PTC Mysore & Mysore Division.

Mysore University is the 1st University in Karnataka and 6th in India. Established in 1961 by Nalwadi Krishnaraja Wadiyar. Spread an area of 736 acres namely Manasa Gangothri.

Three Bharat Ratnas; Sir M. Visvesvaraya, the Founder; Dr. S. Radhakrishnan, the teacher (Former President of India), and Prof. C.N.R. Rao, the Scientist and alumni, and two Jnanpitha awardees, Kuvempu and Prof. U.R. Ananthamurthy.
